Fix Missing Popup When Creating Transmittal in Newforma

Issue: When creating a new Transmittal through Newforma, the expected popup window with the template does not appear. This prevents the user from creating or submitting a transmittal.

Cause: A glitch in the Newforma application causes the Outgoing Transmittal window to minimize into the taskbar instead of opening normally.

Resolution: Restore the minimized Transmittal window from the taskbar.

Steps to Resolve:

✅ Step 1: Open Newforma and observe the taskbar. The Newforma icon will be highlighted, indicating an active window.

✅ Step 2: When you click Create New Transmittal, a second Newforma icon will appear next to the original icon on the taskbar.

✅ Step 3: Hover over the second Newforma icon, then right-click it.

✅ Step 4: From the options menu, select Maximize. The hidden Transmittal window will reappear, allowing you to complete the process.

Expected Outcome: The New Transmittal template window opens successfully, and the user can create and submit the transmittal.
