Issue:  When trying to open .DWF files in AutoCAD Civil will not open in Design Review program. After trying to open file it states there is no program to open file and will have you select a new program

Resolution:  Open Autodesk Access and install any important updates (server licenses, Feature update, Hotfix). If civil 2020 or later make sure Civil 20XX.1.2 update is installed (Can find on Autodesk website). Follow instructions to repair/reinstall Design Review to fix AutoCAD's ability to read .DWF files, follow ling here:

After repairing/reinstalling Design Review restart computer and have associate test out opening a .dwf file
