Issue:

RTE 75 is a permissions issue where you don't have the right permission level for the drive that you’re trying to save a file to or open a file from. This same error can also take the place of several other errors which may tell you that you don’t have a certain permission level in windows. You may not have the right permissions in the registry for some of the functions in the programs to work.

Resolution:

If the error happens when simply doing a function in the software that usually indicates that you are locked out of the registry entries that need to be free. 

Unlock access to C:\Program Files (x86)\JAMAR you want full read/write/modify permission to this folder and all subfolders.

Go to This Pc > Local Disk (C:) > Program Files (86x) > JAMAR. Do open the folder, Right Click on Folder and go to Properties. Click on Security > click Edit > Scroll Down and click on "Users" Make sure that Modify/Read & Execute/Read/Write are all selected and then restart computer.

Unlock access to Registry, simply Right Click the key and select Permissions from the list that appears.  Add the user to the full permissions list, then close the registry.
