Normally when creating a new Transmittal through Newforma a new window will pop up with the templet for creating a new Transmittal. Now when creating a new Transmittal no window will pop up at all. Not allowing user to create or submit transmittal.

This issue seems to be a small glitch with the Newforma app where some how the Outgoing Transmittal window is minimized into the Task bar. When you first open Newforma you will notice the Newforma icon on the taskbar highlighted to signify there is an active window. When you create a New Transmittal you will see a second Newforma icon appear next to the current Newforma icon, but you will not see a window with the Templet for a New Transmittal. If you hover the mouse over the second Newforma Icon and right click on it you will see a options menu pop up. Select maximize, and the hidden Transmittal window will pop back up resolving the issue.
